The University of London is a federal body so can hardly lack in scarves. This post will deal with the scarves of the present University of London member institutions, excluding King's College London. They are all available from a number of sources, including Oxfox, who have a University of London section.
The University of London's scarf is blue (or navy). It has a central red stripe with white piping. It is available from both Ede & Ravenscroft and Ryder and Amis, and a similar scarf is sold by Stumper Fielding. These colours are taken from the university's coat of arms, granted in 1838. The University of London Business School scarf clearly takes inspiration from its parent institution.

Royal Holloway, University of London, was established as a women's-only college and so its scarf colours are taken not from the university arms but from the colours used by the suffragettes, a style which is not unique to Royal Holloway and has been used by other formerly women's higher education institutions. The Royal Holloway scarf is available from Ryder & Amis.

The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), part of the University of London, has two different variants of its scarf available, one from Ryder & Amis which appears more 'correct', and a knitted one with a significantly wider central stripe from the SOAS Students' Union.
SOAS Scarf:
University College London has traditionally eschewed ordinary collegiate and university branding, particularly by never adopting a coat of arms, however it has adopted a scarf in purple and light blue. It can only be purchased from Ryder & Amis. The UCL medical school also has a scarf, of a very similar design to that of the University of London but with the white replaced with UCL light blue, available from Oxfox.
